Viviscal takes the form of small tablets that are easy to swallow, with a 60 tablet box containing a month's treatment. For best results take two tablets per day - one in the morning and in the evening over a period of six months. At the end of the six month programme continue taking one tablet per day to maintain the improvements. Most users notice a difference after three months.
