Solgar Vitamin D (D3) 25 ug (1000 I.U.), naturally derived from fish liver oil (100 softgels). Vitamin D is necessary for utilization of calcium and phosphorus and in many ways acts as a hormone. The most important form of vitamin D is cholecalciferol (D3), which is derived from our own cholesterol. Cholecalciferol Vitamin D is essential for bone growth and maintenance of bone density.

Each softgel capsule provides: Vitamin A (3000iu)(from fish liver oil)900ug Vitamin D3 (1000iu)(as cholecalciferol from fish liver oil) 25ug

Encapsulated with this natural ingredient: Safflower oil.

Softel capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin.
