Delivery Schedule

Orders are posted by parcel mail. We will post your order in Ireland within 2 working day, subject to availability. (Usually the order arrives 3 - 5 days from postage)
Delivery times from receipt of order to other countries are listed below (these may vary depending on postal service).
UK: 4 working days
EU: 5 working days

If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date. If delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, you may contact us to cancel your order. Feel free to query your order at any stage at mailorder@thehealthstore.ie

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

All transactions are processed by WorldPay, which is totally secure. Click here for more information. All transacations are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed onto The Health Store or any other party.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the received product for any reason please return it, unopened, within 30 days of receiving for a full refund. We are unable to accept opened pots for refund unless the product is deemed faulty. Please enclose a copy of the receipt that you received with the order, failure to do this may result in a delay. Postage costs will also be refunded should the error be the fault of The Health Store, once a postage receipt is received. Any cost to send the receipt will also be returned.

Privacy Policy

At The Health Store we are committed to protecting your privacy. Be assured that we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address, this allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We do not store any credit or debit card numbers, instead we use a trusted third party payment gateway (Worldpay) to take your card information. At no time do any staff of The Health Store have access to your credit card numbers.
