Limes were traditionally used as a digestive remedy and have similar properties to that of lemons. Lime acts as an appetite and digestive stimulent. It is antiseptic, anti-viral and bactericidal properties that make it valuable in fighting colds and flu whilst helping to strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients: Citrus aurantifolia 5ml
VAPOURISATION / OIL BURNER
In an oil burner the heat from a night light candle can be used to vaporise a few
drops of essential oil. Depending on the size of the room and ventilation add
between 5 and 15 drops to the bowl of the burner and fill with water.
AROMATIC BATHS
For a stimulating bath, dilute 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil in a half egg cup of vegetable Oil and add to the bath water.
HOOVER - To freshen up the house, put 10 drops of either Lemon, Lemongrass or
other strong smelling oil of your choice onto the filter inside your hoover.
As soon as you turn on the machine you get a wonderful fresh smell as you
move around the house or office.
