Ingredients: 

X3 Egg whites

X2 Full eggs

x1 Banana

x1 Teaspoon of cacao powder

x2 Scoops powdered peanut butter

Method. 

Put all ingredients into a blender. 

Put pan on medium head with some coconut oil. 

Pour onto pan, keep for 2 minutes then grill the top.

To create the pancakes similar to the image, use moose baking rings. 

Then, dress it up. 

 

We topped ours with:

Melted dark choc

0% fat Greek yogurt

Raspberries / Blueberries / Cinnamon
