This delicious healthy pumpkin soup recipe featuring GNC Pro Performance Premium Whey Gold protein is a perfect post workout meal. 


- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth 

- ½ small onion, peeled and quartered 

- ½ apple, peeled and cored 

- 2 cups canned pumpkin 

- 4 scoops GNC Pro Performance Premium Whey Gold

- ¼ teaspoon dried sage 

- ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary 

- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme 

- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 

- ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

- ½ teaspoon salt 

- ¼ cup whipping cream 


Place all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth 

Add the whipping cream and blend for an additional 10–15 seconds 

Transfer to large pot and heat on low
