This guilt-free, luxurious bar is 45% Belgian Chocolate and is combined with creamy coconut for a delicious and satisfying treat. These bar are made using isomaltulose instead of cane sugar, which makes it low GI and low insulinogenic. Isomaltulose is fully absorbed in the small intestine and enters the blood at a slow rate. This means blood sugar levels are not suddenly raised or dropped therefore keeping the glucose and insulin levels stable.
