The versatile Cacao Powder is extracted by first cold pressing the whole cacao bean to preserve the nutrients and in the process, extracting the butter. What’s left behind is the dried cacao powder which contains much of the nutritional benefits of the whole bean.
What does it taste like?
It has a delicious chocolate flavour without the sweetness of processed chocolate.
How to Use
- Bake into cakes and muffinss
- Blend into Smoothies
- Mix with mix to create a hot chocolate
Recommended Dosage
1-2 tsp. daily.
As with all natural foods, it is best to start small and work up to the recommended daily dosage.
