After you place your order, our team will update you on shipping details as soon as it is ready for dispatch. You should find all the details you need to know below, however if you have a question regarding your order, just complete the form below and our team will be happy to help.
We are committed to making this planet a healthier place to live. Your order will arrive in packaging that is recycled and recyclable.
Free shipping on orders over €25* *within Ireland only
If your order value is €25 or more, then delivery is free to any destination in the Republic of Ireland (Subject to a max weight of 25kg). Order values for less than €25 will incur a standard delivery charge of €4.50. We use a courier company for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.
Expected delivery time within Ireland is within 3-5 working days from dispatch. We will contact you should this change.
We use An Post for our deliveries and you can track your order via anpost.ie

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to the UK. This is due to licensing restrictions.
Free shipping on orders over €50*
In addition to Ireland, we currently ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
All orders under €50 to Europe will incur a minimum standard delivery charge of €7.50. All our deliveries to Europe are by the national postal service.
We aim to ship your order within 2 working days, subject to availability.
Delivery time within Europe is up to 14 working days from dispatch.
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Due to new postal regulations, we are unable to deliver liquids outside the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If for some reason you are not happy with the received product please return it with the receipt that came with your order and we will give a full refund. You have the option to return the package to one of our 10 branches (all documentation must also be shown along with this form ) or by post to the address below.
All returns must reach us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. We are unable to accept opened containers for refund unless the product is deemed faulty.
Postage costs will also be refunded should the error be the fault of The Health Store, once a postage receipt is received.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
We endeavour to have click and collect orders available for collection within 24 - 48 hours. However, sometimes this may not be possible. Our store team will contact you directly once your order is ready for collection.
