Our Rye Flour is 100% stoneground and has a distinctive flavour. It is naturally lower in gluten than wheat, producing close textured breads with a pleasing continental taste. Originating in Turkey it was extensively used during the Roman Empire to make rye bread. Using this 1kilo size pack you bake roughly 4 rye soda bread loaves.
